Randstad Inhouse Services seeks enthusiastic students who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in the staffing industry and gain valuable real-life experience. As a Randstad intern, you will have a chance to work with leaders in the staffing industry, gain hands-on experience, and expand your professional network. Your responsibilities will include interacting with clients and talent representatives, completing various reports and documents, working closely with your team, and participating in employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Selected candidates will work at our client site in Brampton, ON, alongside our experienced account management team, actively engaging in talent engagement and promoting Randstad’s core values.
  • The ideal candidate should have competencies such as customer service orientation, passion for results, team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and appreciation for metrics.

Requirements:

  • To qualify, you should be enrolled in a Human Resource or Business Management program requiring a coop placement, able to work onsite, and flexible and adaptable.
