The Hurford Youth Fellowship Program 2023 is a program that covers all costs of the entire program. The Harford Student Exchange Program is a leadership development program for students. Hurford Youth Fellows will attend strategic planning meetings, conduct research, organize and guide presentations, and exchange information. Participants must not be over 30 years of age. Hurford will fund all expenses of selected participants. Don’t worry about your CGPA or education. The selection process is not just about academic performance.

Hurford Youth Fellowship Program in USA 2023 is a Fully Funded Exchange Program for International Students. Details of the covered expenses are given below:
- Monthly Stipend for Living Expenses will be given to each fellow.
- Health Insurance
- Tickets for round-trip flights to and from Washington, D.C.
- Fellows are provided with a fully equipped office with Internet and email access, as well as a restricted budget for long-distance phone calls connected to their fellowship.
Eligibility Requirements:
All the mentioned below terms are to be fulfilled for this Scholarship:
- Anyone from any country can participate in the Harford Exchange Program.
- Applicants for the Hurford Youth Fellows program must be under 30 years of age.
- They must show strong commitment to the development of democracy and democracy in their communities and around the world. Young people who are members of civil society organizations are encouraged to apply.
- For general communication purposes, knowledge of English is required to participate in the program.
- Good academic record.
- If your final degree education is in a language other than English then IELTS or TOFEL.
