MEDIT / ACI PhD Scholarships 2022 in Turkey at Ibn Haldun University will cover most of the expenses to Study Free in Turkey. Detail is given below:

  • The tuition fee for a full-time student in the four-year Civilization Studies PhD program is 12,000 USD for the 2022-2023 academic year.
  • All students are accepted into the tuition fee with various variations of the scholarship.
  • Successful applicants will be offered a waiver of tuition fees as well as the position of Research Assistant and / or Teaching Assistant. Students who meet the highest standards of academic excellence and language ability will receive a monthly stipend of between 3500-4200 TL.
  • PhD scholarships cover Turkish and Arabic language preparation period (maximum one academic year) and four-year doctoral program duration.
  • Scholarships are for nine months each year. They do not cover the summer period.
  • Married students and / or PhD candidates who have passed their comprehensive examinations will be eligible for the Summer Scholarship. In total, they will receive a stipend for 12 months each year.
  • Scholarships and Assistant Scholarships are subject to annual renewal.

    • Copies of all undergraduate and graduate diplomas and transcripts
      • Applicants for the PhD program must have a graduate diploma with a minimum GPA of ≥ 3.00 / 4.00 or more than 76.66 / 100.
      • Admitted students, who are still enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate institution by the last date of application, must complete the undergraduate or graduate degree by the time of enrolment. They must submit their latest original diploma for registration. Otherwise, they will lose all the rights they have.
    • Two letters of recommendation (Recommenders that you add to the application system will receive requests from you to upload letters of recommendation).
    • Statement of purpose (one distance, two pages maximum, English)

    Note: Documents are accepted in Turkish, Arabic, German, English and French only. Other languages ​​should be translated into English or Turkish. (Original and official translation of the document must be submitted in Turkish at the time of registration).
