Full-time undergraduate students that have received an offer to study at NUI Galway starting in September 2020 (excluding applicants for undergraduate medicine). This scholarship is valid for first year fees only. Scholarships applicants are assessed based on academic merit. In addition, applicants should submit a personal statement (MS Word, 1,000 words maximum) covering the following points:

There is no additional application required for these awards and reccommendations for awards will be made by programme teams based on merit alone. |

Government of Ireland Scholarships 2020 |
Individual stipend of €10,000 and full fee waiver | 60 (total across all participating universities in Ireland) |
The Higher Education Authority (HEA) is pleased to issue the 2020 Call under the Government of Ireland International Education Scholarships Programme. Under the initiative 60 scholarships will be provided for one year study at Bachelor, Master or PhD levels to successful candidates who have an offer of a place at an eligible Irish higher education institution.
The offer is open to students from non-EU/EEA countries and is applicable to all fields of study. |
