Overview:
The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation supports researchers with above-average qualifications from worldwide through the Humboldt Research Fellowship. As a fellow, you will receive individual support from the Humboldt Foundation and access to a broad sponsorship portfolio. Postdoctoral and experienced researchers can apply for the Humboldt Research Fellowship. The Humboldt Academic Fellowship is open to applicants of all nationalities and research fields.

- The fellowship is worth €2,670 per month. Fellowships can run from 6 to 24 months.

For Experienced Researcher:

Eligibility Criteria:
- This fellowship is open to international students.
- The candidate’s Ph.D., C.Sc., or equivalent degree must have been completed within the last four years before application.
- German nationals must have their regular residence and work abroad for at least five years to be eligible.
- The candidate’s command of the English language must be exceptional.
- It is advantageous if you are fluent in German.
- Applicants must have spent at least twelve 12 months outside of Germany in the last 18 months before the application deadline.
